Red Wolf Weightlifting was founded in Huntington Beach, California, with the simple idea that CrossFitters deserve better Olympic Weightlifting coaching.
Born out of the community at Red Wolf CrossFit, Red Wolf Weightlifting has grown into its own dedicated coaching program focused on helping athletes move safer, lift stronger, and perform with confidence.

Your Coach - Torin Molesworth
Torin Molesworth is a CrossFit weightlifting and technique coach who helps athletes move better, lift safer, and perform stronger in WODs. He specializes in breaking down the snatch and clean & jerk so CrossFitters can cycle reps efficiently, hit heavier lifts, and feel confident under fatigue.
With experience coaching both group classes and 1-on-1 sessions, Torin is known for clear, actionable cues and an ability to fix the small details that make a big difference. He’s helped athletes of all levels improve positions, clean up bar path, and PR lifts through better movement, not brute force.
Whether you’re new to Olympic lifting or ready to refine your technique for metcons and heavy days, Torin provides the coaching and structure to help you level up fast.
